So you have a description of a leprechaun. You think to yourself " hey. I think that leprechauns exist." Unless you have encountered the leprechaun's your self you are Pretending.

ok smart ass , so if you have never been to china are you only pretending that China exists?

If it was the 1700's the answer would be yes. I would only be entertaining the Idea of the land China. I have however seen many chinese Kung fu movies , checked it out on google earth , eaten at a chinese restaurant and met its owners, seen pictures from friends who vacationed there, and see MADE IN CHINA on all sorts of things. I can safely say that china is.

In summation I boldly state that unless you are scientific about what you think you know, you are Pretending. And if you are pretending you have chosen to do so.

This odd idea that many people appear to hold that belief can = knowlege without a scientific inquiry is just sad. Do any of you know of any organization that promotes just that?
