Nope. It would be contradictory for an Agnostic to say they know there will never be any answers. I think that position is better described as Ignosticism. Agnosticism is the position that asks both Theists and Atheists to prove themselves. It is the absence of belief position, that advocates of the "weak" Atheist definition are trying to take for themselves.
However, there is no such word as A-theism. The word is Athe-ism = A no Gods belief. Real Atheists already believe they know what's true. "Weak" Atheists seem to be Agnostics, using the wrong definition of Atheism. Although, most "weak" Atheist advocates, that I've seen, are actually "strong" Atheists, trying to shift the burden of proof solely on the Theists.
