Happily I believe “I have no control” and I enjoy this belief.
For what ever you believe let life bring you joy for the limited time we have.

It's a popularist book on genetics and the like.
It's position when the fittest survive it is actually a compromise depending on the environmental pressures. For me it was another strong link in the chain of evidence. Happily real tough today ... it's the one year anniversary of our sixteen year old son's death. ... I'm not sure going through life happily is quite the way. Living life for all it's worth, being in the now, embracing the happiness and the sorrow.
A work in progress ... and if I ever get there?

Mrs J and I are doing OK ... ups and downs
but
No gods to rail against
No doctors to blame
No guilt (well not much)
Just is
Then there is Buzz worrying whether his kid believes in god?
This I find sad.

Alot of things can be viewed as sad romansh..I just hope buzz and his son work it out between them...I know my own dad was worried for me that i didn't believe in God, and i would regularly skip seeing him just to not go to church, something I highly regret today..you shouldn't let such small things like religion come between relationships I've realized.

I just find it sad that Buzz's son will have to decide whether to play the role of an adult while Buzz is being the child of Christ

I'm with Deb. That statement struck me very eloquently. What an incredible statement.

Tough for me to think he was just a stat. I can feel the sadness and loss in my mind and body, I am sorry.
Evolution must be driven by stresses, it can work no other way. Chemistry will not change just because we are believers or not. |
