I guess it's the kind of a question : How do you know that the laws of the universe won't change tommorow ?Well I don't know, but then everything is a question of belief.

Let's put it another way I base my life on assumption that the laws won't change, in fact everybody does. You may say "That's still a belief", but that would be a misuse of the term "belief" in my opinion

So I say I know that the sun will rise tomorrow.
