I really like the 70's 80's italian zombie flicks like burial ground and zombie 2. I really liked 28 days later, abd I really hope 28 weeks later is even better.

I refuse to watch 28 Weeks Later. 28 Days Later was a perfect stand-alone movie. It's ruining it.

that is a good point Armel. I really hope it doesnt spoil taint the first one. Sometimes you shouldnt make a sequel, but i think that this one is still going to be great.

28 Days later was good. I'm not into zombie flicks totally but that one was good... it looks like some Americans (maybe Americans made the first I am unsure) bought the rights and wanted to exasterbate the phenomena and make a quick buck from the Brits who made the first one. As I understand the first one as memory serves the virus that spread was isolated to Great Britain. The characters in 28 weeks later is based in America if the commercials ring true. Is this right?

Which walking dead movie had the scene where the zombies ate the brains of all the cops, and one of the undead got on the mic and said "Send more cops" ...very funny.

Also the new trend of running zombies is very un-nerving.

I think it was The Return of the Living Dead. I need to look that one up and watch it again.

I actually left 28 days later feeling like I wanted more and wanted the story to continue. So I'm very much looking forward to 28 weeks. I'm hoping it'll be a good story like 28 days but with updated special effects which should be cool.

Well, I've since watched 28 weeks later because my girlfriend wanted to see it and because Robert Carlisle is in it. It was an entertaining film. Not bad as I was expecting. However, I still would have perferred that it not exist.

Default Dead Alive

I love Romero's films, but I'm going to say Peter Jackson's Dead Alive.
