No, you can assume that I'm not really that material a person, I just want a car that runs. What I meant was, there's not much I really want besides a better car, and the stuff I do want is relatively easy for me to get (wealthy, are you kidding? I'm 17).

Why sad lauraclay? It is a material world girl even your senses can not deny that and who wants to be on the bottom of this material world. Money is the key to get ahead in it why not if it is thrust upon you should you not treat yourself?

I didn't mean to sound snotty jaej - just curious.
I'm not much into material things myself. Honestly, if I hit the lottery my life wouldn't change much. The material things I own are plenty good enough for me (yea sure, I'd buy a better car).
My lottery fantasy is not that of a wealthy lifestyle. I have two reasons why I'd love to hit the lottery:

#1 I wouldn't have to work anymore.

#2 I could make life a lot easier for the people who are dear to me.

Don't worry. I am well aware the odds of winning the lottery are about as good as the odds of proving or disproving the existence of god.

So, that being said, I better get to bed because I have work in the morning.

Ditto, except for me it would be better phrased as "I wouldn't have to work for other people, on their schedules any more. I am a do-aholic. Happiest when I'm up to my rear end in things to do.

Within 24 hours of acquiring the money, I strongly suspect that I would have already hired a survey crew to properly map out my yard, and a demolition company to tear down and cart away my old garage. And then, after a quick stop at the zoning office to pick up various permits, I'd go happily romping through my local home improvement centre, looking for stuff.
