Once in a while I see a nice, natural girl, without tons of makeup that exudes inner and outer beauty. Fresh pink skin, clean, plain and nicely groomed hair and dressed neatly. She may have mid length fingernails that are finished in clear coat and the only piercing on her are a couple of inconspicuous earrings. No, she is not a hot babe if one judges her by current trends, but she exhibits her 'hotness' in a way that seems to be lost nowadays...freshness and wholesomeness.

being a girl and not into the incessant charms, enhancements, etc., i find it refreshing that some people notice it and find it as unnecessary as i do. honestly, i care about my appearance, but i won't go out of the way to make myself "appealing" to the opposite sex. i have three pearcings in my ears and i'm thinking about a tattoo, but beyond that, i'm proud to say that i look "natural," and amid all the men who apparently like enhanced breasts and dagger-like fake nails, and the girls who indulge that and have talked themselves into thinking it looks good, i do feel like one of a very small minority.
