Default Question for Greater Minds Then Mine.

I’ve been away from the site awhile, so Hi guys.

I believe that according to Carl Sagan nothing ‘goes away’. In his black hole theory he determined that things that were thought to disappear, do not, but are changed to ‘information’.

Do any of you know if there is a simple explanation, meaning non-scientific, so I can continue on an article I’m writing where I propose the possibility that we do have ‘an entity’ that could possibly exist without the flesh?

I think that atheists dismiss their egos or more so, the super ego, or ‘inner voice’, too easily I believe, relegating it to the nothingness of death. This opinion of their’s fights against the possibility of it’s continuing existence without evidence to support their strong denial of what obviously exists in them also.

My question considers that maybe it too ‘is information’, and as such can never ‘not exist’.

Any thoughts?

Probably not the answer you seek - just my opinion (garanteed non scientific):

Absoulte nothing my exist, but lingers beyond the relm of human comprehension. No thiest, athiest or agnostic can truely visualize absutute nothing. Anytime I try to visualize nothing, I imagine blackness with no sound or thought.

The problem I have with this image is that blackness is itself something. For there to be absolute nothing, not even pure black could exist.

So, yes we have some sort of entity. Even if it is no more exciting than staring, empty minded, at a black piece of construction paper in a pitch black, sound proof room. Booring, but none the less existing in some form of information.

If you are able to control your mind enough to 'enter' that blackness and keep yourself in the 'entity' mode, there are quite a few things that can be accomplished and some of them lead to some enthrawing 'views' or conceptions. Having spent a lot of time, years, playing with that scenario in my mind, I asked the question before entering, 'What can my entity accomplish using no more material then brought with me? My intellect, my imagination, and my language all of which are non-passive when directed by my will; and the prexisting void [your blackness] which is comepletely 'passive'. I found many things can occur in this duality of mind and void as they create both a positive and a negative force, and duality is the only thing necessary to create energy.

When 'the entity' enters the void with conscience intent to discover, it won't be disapointed. Tomorrow I'll explain in some detail.

I will say that the first thing that you can make is a time line. It only requires two points of reference to start it on it's inexorable passing. The first two points are 'I am now not in the state I was; now and was. Your thinking mind can now reference itself, even in a void. It starts from there.

Tomorrow
Jack

darkness is suppose to be a lack of light, it is catagorised as a lack of something, but it isn't something.
