Off topic... Ok, laid back, no way. Somehow I feel like I should apologize for being male. These long rambling statements seem less about trying to start a discussion and more about stating a fact? If you are stating your perceived fact then I agree, there are some real ***holes out there of both the male and the female persuasion, but maybe you are just venting and that I can understand as holding onto anger is never a good thing.

"As far as needing to vent...as you people like to call it...this is not the case. I see what has happened to people. I listen to them talk...when they do not know that I am listening. I watch how they interact one with another. They play mind games. Both male and female. They want to be like their teachers...the actors on the television...and at the theaters. These false actors...pretenders...commentators...radio programmers...all manner of evangelists, hosts, media...magazines...musicians and books. All unwholesome individuals...whom the masses desire to worship and emulate. Are you somehow bound up in this? I know these people exist, but their "demands" (as you put it) don't have much effect on me. They are validated by the people that follow them.

This has been a part of our civilization since pre-history up to bread and circus in Rome. Seems like this "captivity" of their minds is something that they can easily free themselves from if they were to desire to do so.

Are you using this as some sort of criticism of our time compared to some other time in history? I can't think of a time that education and opportunity have been more available to more people than any other time in history. The ability to communicate is expanding lightyears beyond anything that we have seen which allows us to instantly subvert any of this attempt to control information (i.e. these people manipulating others as you describe it).
