I have great faith...that if you truly want to get well...you can do it. Find things that comfort you. Visualize your self in your favorite place. Perhaps aging is wearing on you. You are not as young and beautiful as you once were. Your sexuality is slipping away. You feel like an old hag. This is not true. Do not let anyone make you believe that getting gray and elderly is not attractive. Look at all of the handsome elderly people throughout the world. Perhaps you could find someone to mentor you on your journey...through your olden...golden years.

Well done. Except that my experience of deb is about as far from the above comments as I could imagine.

I can see how you see the world around you cathy. It must be neat to be able to manipulate your surroundings to deflect them from who you really are. It must also be lonely.
