If they are capable of pulling off these scenarios then we are all pretty much screwed anyway, as the only way most people are going to accept it is if the (higher-up)people involved admit that they did it and I can't see that happening.
Well, I am sure that somewhere on somebody's screen this post just popped-up and it will be added to the rest of the risk assessment in my folder
