Default A Question for the Christians and Other Theists

The following question is asked out of curiosity, nothing more and nothing less.

Why are you on a forum for Agnostics?

To get some understanding of other people's perspective and views on God and live as a whole.

Thanks for responding. I thought that would be the kind of answer I would get, but I didn’t want to assume… As a friend says, assuming makes asses out of you and me.

Well I joined this forum because I was in search a good forum for agnostics. I am agnostic and I enjoy having good healthy discussions on religious topics because there are so many ways you could look at it it's not even possible to even begin to state them all. I am an agnostic researcher, thus i research religion, write a paper about our summarizing it and use it to help people to select their religion. It's not as easy as people think doing it with one other person so I always look for input from other people =D

I am here to gain insight and see both sides, and I have found it very enlightening. It is beneficial to hear other points of view.

Because by questioning one's beliefs, you either abandon them or embolden them.

What better place to have your spirituality questioned than on a forum for agnostics?

I mean, there are atheists. But they're always right, so why bother

I am on this forum so I can get learn more about both perspectives! I believe lack of knowledge = ignorance and ignorance = sterotyping and prejudice. Thus, I am here to learn more about agnostic views on God and life. Plus, as another poster mentioned, I learn more about myself and my own beliefs by reading the challenges and questions of others.
