I like a lot of other comics just as well, if not more than that one. But that had a great forum. I just happened to strongly disagree with the administrator, so wound up getting banned from it.

I'm thinking of becoming a member of the Last Blood forums - if there are forums, and of the Looking For Group comic Forums.

I was just visiting a new forum.

http://www.comparative-religion.com/forum/

Its an inter-faith forum. Its pretty active and I've noticed a variety of types. I'm not sure how many agnostics/atheists there are, but I'd imagine there are some. I did a quick search and found 7 threads about the topic. Many people there seem more liberal and open-minded by which I mean that I haven't seen any prosyletizing.

http://www.lspn.net/forum/ - great game, at times relaxing and at times absolutely infuriating!

www.kevinswatch.ihugny.com/phpBB2/index.php - great place to discuss the Chronicles of Thomas Covenant series

http://ahirashangar.ihugny.com/phpBB2/index.php - discuss books by David Zindell (he writes some amazing sci-fi with a meta-physical bent

From late 2003 until early 2006, I was a fairly active participant in the forums at customerssuck.com. That is a Web site for retail employees and anyone else who deals with customers or the general public on a regular basis. Said people are invited to go into the forums and rant about all the bad customers they have to deal with. When I first joined, I used one name, and then the site got hacked. When the admins got it back up again, I reregistered under a different name. Some of the people on that site must have done something to agitate some really determined hacker, because the forums got hacked several times while I was there.

Other than that, I haven't been a significant part of any other message forums---unless you count Yahoo Answers. I participate there quite often, but that isn't exactly a message forum, though some people treat it like one. I joined a politics forum once (Debate Politics, I think it was called). But I only posted there one or two times before I lost interest.

I deal with the customers/general public everyday I go to work, but I don't think I'd want to go to a forum to talk about it. When I'm at home, I try to think of work as little as possible.

That's pretty much how it got for me, too. It was kind of fun at first, but after a while, it got mundane. Plus, the main point of the forum was to rant about bad customer experiences, and constant ranting and complaining starts to sour my mood.
