Default The Christmas Season is fast approaching.

I do not buy into the religious premise of Christmas; and yet, I like this holiday. I like how many express goodwill and cheer this time of year. I like the christmas lights. I also like the idea of having a big feast during a time of year when the weather is usually kind of dreary.

How does everyone else feel about it? Do you like/dislike the christmas holidays?

When I dropped out of the real world Christmas was one of the things I quit; although several years I was sort of forced into pleasing women that loved it.

Now I live on like a compound with maybe four families that celebrate it. They all know that I'm generous all year but stingy as hell at Christmas. It's funny because they buy me gifts in spite. They laugh at me but understand that it's not for any other reason then my personal choice, which they can understand.
