| the news Does the news media play a part in the choices you make in choosing whom you'll vote for? Or do you actually do some research on the candidates? |

| I actually listen to the news, but I do the research and try to make up my own mind.
Biggest issue for me is the No Child Left Behind law. Whoever wants to repeal gets my vote.

We have to get our information from some kind of media. I wish Ron Paul was still in it. Oh well... |

Otherwise I think he's got some good ideas. We can't just shut out the world. To me, that's kinda like how N.Korea is now. We need to have a presence around the world for our own protection as well as the interests of our allies. But, surely some adjustments here and there could be made. |

This guy has been exposed as a racist, and is certainly not any kind of libertarian like he claims. We true libertarians have know this from his runs in the eighties.

I did not know that. But, I do know that his supporters are some of the wackiest and angriest folks I've ever heard. There's quite a few down this way. |

Hey. Tell you what...I'm voting for Hillary becaus she's the only one of the final three viable candidates that wants to totally scrap No Child Left Behind. Go figure.

That woman just plain scares me! I don't care for Obama either. McCain isn't much of a step up the ladder either. I'd much rather have a true conservative. UhOh!!! Now I'm gonna get it. But wait!! I said conservative. Not Republican. I wouldn't care if he (or she) were from the "Whig" party, as long as they held TRUE conservative values and ideals. Mainly LESS GOVT getting into our business. OK. Now... you can all take your shots at me. |

| Actually, Buzz, I would take you wanting to be a conservative for a given.
Nope, end the war whatever it takes. Repeal Homeland Security. Repeal the Patriot Act. Repeal No Child Left Behind.
Why not come right out and say it? Repeal the Bush Administration!!!!
That will get my vote.
