There is no physical church. It is on the INTERNET. To my knowledge, the term apathetic agnostic came from this website. The server might be in england.

I like their holidays. Monday is there day of observance instead of Saturday or Sunday, because it is the day on which people are most apathetic.

It might be interesting to get some of their "priests" on here trying to convince people to be apathetic toward god. I never became a member so I don't know what they talk about in their discussion forums. I say go for it.
