Why does someone alleging books at his disposal choose not to engage in an objective counter-argument? Why limit your remarks to a bullying challenge, insults, essentially without a response other than ad hominem which you have not withdrawn and repeat. Do materialists disregard the feelings of others because they cannot see them? Maybe this is a developmental thing, and agnostics are not the fair minded people I thought. You Jay show some intellectual integrity by actually following an argument, revoking personal attack, and you will have a dialog. I am not the least bit interested in defending myself against anyone who is behaving as a bully and hiding behind intellectual snobbery. That is the *height* of intellectual incompetence. Also, it isn't fun at all to try to discuss something with someone holding their fingers in their ears, shaking their head "no no no this can't be" and calling you names. That would be called a tantrum not intellectual high ground. Eh, and it happens in academia all too often. I'm not volunteering for it here.
