| Dear Muslim brothers
I have asked these questions elswhere but have no replies.
I am trying to understand you. I am a Christian and have met many Muslims in Australia. But there are a few things that many of them cannot or will not answer. I realise there asre major divisions and one is the Arabic Koran verses the others. Sunni and shiite etc do not always agree.
The questions and following statements are general and I want you to pick them to pieces so I can learn.
Some say Islam is not a religion of peace but a warrior code committed to global conquest. There are many, possible over one hundred verse that speak of violence to spread Islam. One surah says ,"take not the jews and Christians as friends...slay them...fight agianst them...Surah 5:51 and 9:5-41)
There is also a myth that Islam is a religion of love. What verse, if any, proclaim us to love anything.
Some say Allah is the same god as the Christian God. Some say Allah is not the Arabic name for God but a proper name for a specific god. The moon god and the crescent moon adorns mosques over all the world.
Rioting muslims will yel out, "Allaha Ackber". Some say this means Allaha is great but if I am correct it means Allaha is greater. If so greater than whom??? The God of the Bible?
Did Mohammod sign a deal with the Quaraish tribe and then two years later broke this treaty and wiped them out? Is this not celebrated today?
If any of this is false please inform me it is. Explain how all this is wrong and give me the Koran as your evidence, your holy book of peace.

Even Sura 9:73 shows clearly that jihad is not an inner struggle but a more brutal word that aims to kill all that is not muslim. Quote:

Because he did not have any power yet, he had to show comapssion to all that he hates. Later on when he was able to brainwash the masses, he proceded to say verses like the numerous ones you find in the ninth sura. Quote:

The God of the Bible? | "Allahu Alkbar." and it's not just rioting muslims. Five times a day I have to hear this nonsense everytime the mosqu calls out the athan or the call to prayer. It means god is greater.
Greater than anything and everything (even himslef?). Not necessarily the god of the bible or the gospels. Remember, according to the koran, the christians are wrong to believe that jesus is the son of god. I'm guessing that muslims have a harder time believing that god could have a son than believing in the assent of Mohammed to heaven on Pegasus... I mean Burraq! |

| Hey xenu
I have been studying thisd area and know someone who left the muslim religionwhen he found christ.
The Muslim religion is the fastest growing religion per capita in the United
States, especially in the minority races!!!
Allah or The Lord Jesus Christ? ... By Rick Mathes
This is a true story and the author, Rick Mathes, is a well-known leader in prison ministry.
Last month I attended my annual training session that's required for maintaining my state prison security clearance. During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained each of their beliefs.
I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say.
The Imam gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video.
After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers. When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Imam and asked:
"Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world and, that by killing an infidel, (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven. If that's the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?"
There was no disagreement with my statements and without hesitation he replied, "Non-believers!"
I responded, "So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can have a place in heaven. Is that correct?"
The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of "a little boy who had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar."
He sheepishly replied, "Yes."
I then stated, "Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine the Pope commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith or Dr. Stanley or Billy Graham ordering all Protestants to do the same in order to guarantee them a place in heaven!"
The Imam was speechless!
I continued, "I also have problem with being your 'friend' when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me! Let me ask you a question. Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to kill me in order for you to go to heaven, or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I AM going to heaven and He wants you to be there with me?"
You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his head in shame.
Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the "diversification training" seminar were not happy with Rick's way of dealing with the Islamic Imam and exposing the truth about the Muslims' beliefs.
In twenty years there will be enough Muslim voters in the United States to elect the President! I think everyone in the U.S.should be required to read this, but with our liberal justice system, liberal media and the ACLU, there is no way this will be widely publicized.
The Man who walks with God always gets to his destination. If you have a pulse you have a purpose.

| lol alexie, muslims are not ordered to kill 'infidels' to gain a place in heaven. killing an innocent person more likely warrants a place in hell.
you can't base your views on islam from something you've heard from one imam. just because he may hint as to something being a fact doesn't neccassarily make it a fact.

| Alexie, that sounds like a bad e-mail forward that my grandma sends me every now and again. Why does this Rick Mathes get off on making stories up?
I can make up stories too:
When the Pope was confronted with an undeniably scientific graph that marked the increase of pirates in relation to the increase of global average temperature (see http://www.venganza.org/about/open-letter/), he immediately started foaming at the mouth and had had 40 days of contractions (because 40 days in the Bible is literally 40 days, and not a long period of time). Upon waking from this, he immediately converted and became a Pastafarian. Thus, the Catholics downplayed this by saying he had died, rather than admit the truth.
Amen. |

| Who do you say Muhammad is?
Answer: “I say Mohammed is who he said he was in the
Koran. Let’s look at Banning, Surah 46:9 to see what
Mohammed said about himself.”
Surah 46:9 “I am nothing new among the
Prophets; what will happen to me and to my
followers, I do not know; I am only a plain
warner.”
1. He is not any different from the prophets before him. He is
not the greatest.
2. He does not know where he or his followers are going.
3. He is only a warner.
