I agree but I alo think that I should be allowed to whip some kids that d not belong to me. Like the ones who throw fits in the stores and resturants. I saw on TV that when Afgahnaistan was under Islamic Law the cops would beat women on the streets for like showing their face. could you beat a kid on the street?
