I guess you and I will have to agree to disagree. I have shown you that the translation you use is simply wrong. Because there are various translations on the internet that say otherwise, and of course because I know Arabic and I know what the verse is saying. But if you don't want to believe me then that's your choice and your right of course.

However I also think I should clarify things, for those who read this thread. They'll see your arguments and see mine, and they can decide for themselves what they want to believe.

Does the Qur'an say Jesus created the universe?

In my opinion, it does no where in the Qur'an say so. In so many verses it is repeated that God created everything, and in also many verses God, according to the Qur'an of course, says that he did not beget a son, he did not have a son.

Here is one verse that is sufficient to answer the above question:

He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth: no son has He begotten, nor has He a partner in His dominion: it is He who created all things, and ordered them in due proportions.
