Hi there. I didn't want to start a new thread just to introduce myself. I am Arwyn, and I live in Alabama. I have recently taken an interest in religion and want to hear what everyone here has to say, so I just thought I'd jump in!

We do encourage new members to start a new thread simply because if everyone did it all in one thread it would get really confusing

So I moved your post to a thread of it's own.

Again welcome and by "recently taken an interest in religion" do you mean you were an atheist or agnostic before and have found faith or something else?

Thanks for the responses guys! I did recently 'find religion', not that it was lost or anything, but I have gone through a new chapter in my life and religion has played a major role in that. I am quite interested in hearing everyone's beliefs as I am really fascinated by that sort of thing. I am a philosopher at heart although I lack the articulation.

So thanks for the welcome and I hope to contribute to this forum!
