Newbie Hello,
I know I am very new, so I would like to start off by saying hello. Let's see, I grew up in a Roman Catholic family and I always felt different from the rest. When I read about Theistic Agnosticism in my (of all places) Methodist University I was intrigued... it was everything I believed! I am currently getting my Masters Degree in Psychology and have a vast background that includes photography, journalism, Animal Rights and Veganism, cooking and psychology. I tend to be very optimistic and cheerful, but I am not one to put on "rose colored glasses"
I have always had a problem with the Bible and who it was written by, and the concept of Jesus...growing up was hard because I could not take what was being said at face value...I questioned everything. I was mostly told (and still told) "Just Have Faith" Well, gee thanks but no thanks. So thank you for this wonderful forum and I look forward to meeting everyone.
Respectfully,
Mags
