Default Introduction from an Independent Study!

Hello,

I just recently found this forum and thought it to be very interesting. I am a student at my local high school and currently taking a "Religion Independent Study" this is a class where I basically decide my own guidelines and teach myself what I want to study. I just recently finished the topic of Agnosticism and am now moving to Atheism. Hah! If only I had found this site before I had finished!

However, I do enjoy conversing about religion. I take pride in my opinions but will always keep an open mind.

Also. Please do not condemn me for being "young"

i think most of us here are young, well some of us, so to condem you becuse your young is to condem ourselves, or well some of ourselves.

Welcome, youth is not a disease although sometimes it seems like one There are quite a few people here who consider themselves atheist when you speak of certain religions, so don't be afraid to use this place as sounding board. If they don't have an answer they will try to point you in the right direction.

Oh well that's refreshing. I had been looking around when I first found the forum (skimming) and saw mostly middle-aged/early twenties and I just wasn't sure how the older generation would treat the "youngens" in this particular forum.

Welcome Pixie
I see that we are simian siblings when it comes to authors!

I'll not condemn you for being young only if you not condemn me for "not"

have fun

Oh! I guess so Romansh, hah!

I absolutely adore that quote and Douglas Adams. Ever since I first heard of it many many years ago it's just stuck with me. It always seems to put a smile to my face.

and yes. I plan on having fun; I'm sure I will.
