Hi. I am a Canadian born in Serbia and now living in Czechia. Yes, everything is complex about me. I had no religion until 12, when I started believing in Orthodox Christianity. What followed was 15 years of confusion and frustration. Believing did not, on the whole, bring me comfort or joy. This summer, I finally did what I should have done years ago: I faced my doubts. Those of you who see my next post will see why I have believed all this time, but as things stand, I would consider myself an agnostic. I am planning to publicly leave the church.
