ISLAMIC TERRORISM IN SYRIA




In June 2006 four gunmen and a security guard were killed when Syrian security forces foiled an attack by Islamist militants near the studios of state-run TV. Three gunmen and a Syrian security guard were killed in September 2006 in a foiled attack on the U.S. embassy. Thirteen people were wounded, including two security guards and a Chinese diplomat, police also captured one gunman although he later died of his wounds. Gunmen tossed grenades over the perimeter walls before opening fire with automatic weapons. A car bomb was detonated outside the embassy although a truck bomb filled with pipe bombs and gas cylinders failed to explode.

The qur'an doesn't state that the person who leaves islam should be put to death
actually the Qur'an does not Talk about it the hadith is talking about it ....
it doesn't talk about the person who reject islam or accept it or reject it that you should punish him first the evidence from the Qur'an that it is not a Requirment or shar'iah to put a person to death comes in surah nisa verse:137 the Qur'an says Those who believe, then reject faith, then believe (again) and (again) reject faith, and go on increasing in unbelief,- Allah will not forgive them nor guide them nor guide them on the way. if a person leaves islam and he is supposed to put to death how in the world will believe again and than disbelieve again secondly the verse is very important the verse ends at the person disbelieveing again but the verse is not saying that such a person should be put to death so there is no evidence from the Qur'an now coming to hadith before coming to hadith let me give a background of this apostasy law so during the time of prophet muhammed peace be upon him there were jews who wanted to end ISLAM this religion they want to move the religion they want to delcare it a complete failer what they were doing they were believeing ISLAM slowly one by one and than in Balk they were rejecting ISLAM to give the look to People that everyone is leaveing islam and it is failed movement of Faith or religion so to prevent this specific think from happening the law regarding Apostasy which is actually the Law regarding creason came into being food through the Hadith not the Qur'an through the hadith looking at the Context of the initialation of this law it cannot be denied that this law is applicable the punishment is applicable not on the Person who leaves islam but on the person who leaves islam and than works against islam or which is war against islam war word is not necessary you have to mean that combat so the person who leaves ISLAM in order to work against islam to hurm ISLAM that person comes under the islamic shari'ah a person who does not do that if a muslim he wants to reject islam he wants to accept Christianity,hinduism,judaism become an ethiest that specific think or that decisions and its consequences is between that person and ALLAH(S.W.T) there is no Question of putting such a person to death until and unless he starts work against ISLAM now the hadith one hadith which people Qoute alot in which prophet Muhammed has said that whoever changes his religion is to be put to death firstly the hadith is so general that it could be apply to any religion saleem ol awah came up with this Question regarding discusion he said that this hadith only says that whoever change religion should be killed so if a christian change his Religion should be killed, If a Jew changes religion should be killed, If a hindu changes his religion should be killed and jusitice S.A Rehman Studied Esnad of this Hadith and he found some weakness in Narration of this Hadith a part of this hadith being Khabroll Waheed that Means (ONLY ONE TRADITION) he found weakness in the Esnad the Chain of Narrators, Scholars like Ebnae Temya have stated that in their works that an apostates a person who leave islam Should be Reinvited to ISLAM Should give Daw'ah to come to ISLAM not Killed Similar Opinion was also Given by Sofyanat Tawrae so Apostasy in the scence of just Rejecting ISLAM is not Punishable at all the Prophet never, never Put some one or command it some on to be punish under the islamic shari'ah by just because he is rejecting ISLAM there is a Hadith in Sahih Bukhari volume:3 book:30 Hadith number:107 says that a person come to Prophet Muhammed and accept islam next day he came back With fever he was sick and he said that i wants to cancel my religion means he wants to reject islam the Prophet Refuse thrice and than the prophet said that Madina is the Place it keeps the bad people out and accepts the Good ones and makes them better now this was the clear case of Apostasy but there was no sentence given that this person should be punished or this person should be put to Death his law regarding apostasy which should actually be the law of creason that it is punishable only to those people who hurm islam and start working against ISLAM.

O ye who believe! When ye go abroad in the cause of Allah, investigate carefully, and say not to any one who offers you a salutation: "Thou art none of a believer!" Allah(s.w.t) says that investigate carefully that you don't do anything wrong.

Whatever it may be , such quotes that advocating killing of people just for exercising their freedom of choice should be burned down or destroyed, before more innocent blood gets spilled.

I know of thousands of bahais who were tortured and killed just because they converted from Islam to the bahai religion.

Same too with other muslims who converted to other religions, as can be seen by my other posts.


Nonsense , there is no such thing in hinduism, christianity and judaism, where apostates are killed or tortured like in islam.

ISLAMIC TERRORISM IN PAKISTAN -- 2

The Karachi consulate attacks are a string of attacks against and plots to attack against the U.S. consulate in Karachi, Pakistan during the War on Terrorism.

The consulate is a tempting target for Islamic fundamentalists, because it occupies a slightly vulnerable position in downtown Karachi, next to the Marriott Hotel and accessible from two sides by roads.

June 2002 attack

On the morning of June 14, 2002, a truck with a fertilizer bomb driven by a suicide bomber was detonated outside the US Consulate in Karachi, Pakistan. Twelve people were killed and 51 injured, all Pakistanis.

A group called al-Qanoon claimed responsibility for the attack. However, the incident is believed to have been connected with al-Qaeda and the US War on Terror although no conclusive links were proven. Several people were arrested in the aftermath of the attack, and were reported to be members of Harkat-ul-Mujahideen, a large insurgent organisation. In November 2004, the alleged mastermind of the attack, Naveed-ul Hassan, was arrested in Pakistan.

The above quote, "seize them and slay them wherever ye find them " is not confined to the battlefield, waizy dude.

It means unarmed civilians in their homes or in the market place or in the garden or elsewhere other than the battlefield, too can be killed.

And probably this "seize them and slay them wherever ye find them" could be the reason for the indiscriminate killing of unarmed civilians,women and children of an hostile power, by islamic terrorists , whereever they are, and how innocent the civilians may be .

On 5 February 1992, among the four bombs set in public buildings in Urumqi, Xinjiang, China, the two on the buses of line 2 and line 30 exploded. The incidents led to at least the death of 3, and injury of 23.

ISLAMIC TERRORISM IN GERMANY--2


Following an extensive nine-month investigation, involving some 300 people, three men were arrested on 5 September 2007 while leaving a vacation home in the Oberschledorn district of Medebach, Germany where they were alleged to have stored 700 kg (1,542 lb) of hydrogen peroxide and military-grade detonators and were attempting to build car bombs.


The three arrested were german muslims who had attended pakistani terror camps run by the Islamic Jihad Union.

Many of the possible targets were places frequented by Americans. These included pubs and discos. American officials have urged vacationers and expatriates to be more cautious in light of the circumstances Ramstein Air Base and the Frankfurt airport (continental Europe's second busiest) were also targets.

“They were planning massive attacks,” the German federal prosecutor, Monika Harms, said at a news conference, outlining an intensive six-month investigation. She said the suspects had amassed hydrogen peroxide, the main chemical in the explosives used in the London suicide bombings of July 2005.

ISLAMIC TERRORISM IN INDONESIA -- 5


On October 30, 2005, Theresia Morangke (15), Alfita Poliwo (17) and Yarni Sambue (17) were beheaded by militants in the Poso region on the Indonesian island of Sulawesi, an area plagued by sectarian violence since 2001. The attackers planned the beheadings after a visit to the Philippines. In 2006/07, three men were arrested and convicted in relation to the attack, one being sentenced to 20 years and the others two 14 years.
