Hinduism, unlike many other religions does not follow a particular Holy Scripture or book. The majority of the Hindu’s considers and looks up to Vedas as the most important Holy Scripture in Hinduism. Apart from the Vedas, the Upanishads, the Puranas, the Mahabharata, and the Ramayana are regarded as sacred texts. Bhagavad-Gita which is part of the Mahabharata is another most sacred text that is widely read and its teachings are followed.
