This question just came to me this is aimed more towards the theists here.
If god spoke to you if he does talk to you (i know some Christians that claim he talks to them)
And he told you that you had to kill your son or daughter because they were the Antichrist or something along those lines would you do it?
I mean your not suppose to challenge the almighty.

No, I would not kill my child (or, indeed, anyone) in response to a god's request/order.

I would, however, give serious consideration to killing any god that asked such a thing of me.

This is an interesting question. I have only been a parent for seven and a half months. So extrapolating from your question: if an all powerful god demanded that I sacrifice the little chap and He proved His existence would I do it?

As hypothetical questions go it is a biggie but I like to think I wouldn't mainly because I find my girlfriend far more scary than god and she would be really narked if I sacrificed him on the whim of an all knowing deity.

In short the answer to your question is I don't know.
