Lauraclay, who said he didnt? Maybe He did and they deviated from that message?
However, sometimes God chooses not to bless some with His bounties in order to test others. Those who were tested will either pass or fail.
Maybe God wanted to see if those to who He had given the Message would spread that message?
Another example would be poverty and suffering. It is evident in the world that there is enough wealth to go around, enough provision for every human being on this earth.

It so happens that very few consume very much (ahem, eg America....and Britain too!....looking out for Deb...).

In this case those who suffered and remain patient will be rewarded and compensated for their suffering whilst those who saw and did nothing, will, most likely, be punished.
