the way of all that circular thought process can leave one reeling with too many what ifs and maybes ... I choose to be like what you said earlier ... just live a life in which I strive to be a good person, be true to myself convictions, care of others more than myself and let the chips fall as they may .... their way leads to a life of dismay and a sense of what's the use .... not my cup of tea ... but hey, everyone must find their own path or follow others blindly.

You have a good grasp on what is a workable way to live ... they sound like the "Borg" of Star Trek .... resistance is futile .. find better people to listen to is my suggestion ... take care ... Deb

Am I?
The only destination I can guarantee is death. All the rest, is just a journey. The Bible that you hold so dearly is a map, but there are others. Some of us can take a quick glimpse through the Bible pick up the salient points that allow us to reach our destination and have fun on the way.
Others have to study the detail (the nits off a gnat's nuts). For some the map has become more important than the journey.

The destination you guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. The map is worth its weight in go(l)d.
