This happened over fifty years ago so it is subject to the vagaries of time and memory.

As a three year old I was standing at the top of the stairs crying (for a three year old reason) For some reason I fell down the stairs. I still have a vision or memory of seeing myself fall and myself watching as I tumbled.

OK .. this is a very old memory but I remember always being uncomortable with this memory even from a very early age as even then I understood this to be what is taken as normality. I am certain as I can be that the memory is real..... not necessarily the event.

Regarding the mass loss and gain ..assuming the astral travels took about an hour then one could expect that sort of mass loss to the basal metabolic rate.
Regarding the regaining the mass...more difficult to explain.....

Very fascinating! Thanks for sharing. On a final note, I would think that if I was successful at astral projection and was able to communicate with my spirit guides and dead relatives and see my past lives, that would be enough evidence for me on a personal level to convince me of the existence of life after death.

I don't believe in any afterlife at all, when you die thats it end of story you ceaze to exsist.

Made a bet with a mate (a bit of a stretch that word) who is one of them die hard religios fanatics we all love and hate in equeall meassures. If he died before me and came to heaven he should come and tell me that there was an after life, in a dream or as an angel or whatever. If I died before him he wouldn't get any such vision at all, coz I was no longer.

Now who do you think will win that bet eh?

Though I have had an out of body experience once, was rather interesting and I would like to have it again so I can see what my back looks like again, it was a bit wtf? did happen there, and then meh whatever.

Cheers
