| Where did the gnat evolve from? Surely God disdains not to set forth any parable - (that of) a (female) gnat or any thing above that; then as for those who believe, they know that it is the truth from their Lord, and as for those who disbelieve, they say: What is it that God means by this parable: He causes many to err by it and many He leads aright by it! but He does not cause to err by it (any) except the transgressors, (Surat al-Baqara, 26)
Where did this tiny winged creature evolve from and what did it then evolve into? |

| Are you curious? You could learn techniques of phylogenetic analysis and do comparative genetics studies to see what kind of genetic homology exists between this animal and others and develop a map of the branching evolutionary tree involving this animal.
It's my assumption, however, that you reject the idea that creatures evolve in the first place.

| 1) How does the gnat know that there is an clotting enzyme in the human body?
2) In order to produce a neutralising secretion in its own body against that enzyme, it needs to know the chemical of the enzyme. How can this be possible?
3) Even if it somehow attains such a knowledge (!), how come can it produce such a secretion in its own body and constitute the "technical rigging" needed to transfer it to its sting?
Can you answer these questions about this amazing insect? |

| Because if it doesn't, it dies.
Want a good example of how a system generates arbitrary shaped molecules to target and neutralize foreign chemistry, look at the biochemistry of the immune system.
But I'm of the impression that you have no interest in these topics other than when they reinforce your theological world view. Quote: |

| Yes, and so can you.

Yes, and so can you. | How did sexual evolution occur in the gnat? |

| What do you mean by "sexual evolution"... Are you asking "how do gnats mate?"

| I don't think that its the case that they did. I think precursor creatures created that path in a similar way to the way the gnat develops the anti-coagulant.
But this is the topic of an old thread. Your ideas on sexual reproduction are silly. They just illustrate your lack of understanding of the evolutionary process and selective pressures.

| No, I shouldn't. You should go re-read my responses in your other silly thread and then, if you're really interested, go read up on the topic in the available literature.
Male and female act in a population the same way that organs do in a body. They both perform a function. Your question demonstrates a lack of willingness to even take the slightest steps to understand the actual scientific theory of evolution.
You don't pay me enough to be your professor.
