Default I need some help....please....

Ok, so I'm in an apologetics class. I am participating in a panel and I have to defend the theory of "Progressive Creationism" and/or the "Day-Age Theory." Any information on either topic would be helpful and I would be gratefull. Links to websites, personal opinions, whatever you think would help. Thanks.

Ouch, good luck with that, I'd have a hard time defending something I think is utter b/s, but there was a woman on here that believed this, look for sisterx posts I think she had some links.

Ok thanks. It's not too bad. It's kinda fun playing devil's advocate sometimes.

Well if you need to talk for it try what my old science teacher tought me. When the story of the creation of earth was written the people had no understanding of genetics or how things would progessively change. Their understanding is like 5 year old. You can't tell a little kid that the earth was created by the collections of a hundered some odd elments and then thouse elements were shaped in to orginisms that were eventualy shaped and formed into the billions of life fourms we have today. They would look at you and think your crazy. some thing with the ancient people who wrote genisis. They had no understanding so everything had to be put in a way they would understand. don't know if i explained that right but hope that helps.
