Check it out if you get a chance. They're playing the episodes on a big screen every monday at the place I work. I'd recommend the DVDs. The photography in this show is unparalleled. The show demonstrates things that just put you in awe of the time scales involved in the evolutionary processes that produced them. You really get an appreciation for the massive nature of invertebrate biology.
The host is eloquent, the music is wonderfully moving, and the topic is exciting and interesting.
I highly recommend it for the whole family.
