| The new one was the first good one in a long time. Daniel Craig is an amazing actor. I'd say Pierce Brosnan sucks, hands down.

| Nice to see empire as the only star wars title. At least some people have taste.

| I liked A New Hope for Star Wars... it was a classic adventure story. The Empire Strikes Back was all about the Bad Guys winning. jaej do not let the Dark Side of the Force possess you!

| Empire was all about character development. The reason I like it more than a new hope because it wasn't the classical hero story. It picked up where the first one left off with a noticably darker theme, and it left off with a colassal problem for the heroes to solve.

I don't want to spark the never ending interwebs debate about Star Wars IV and V, but I will say that Empire had infinitely more emotion than A New Hope had, and that's what made the movie for me. |

| You guys didn't like The Return Of The Jedi then. The Conclusion? So great set up and bad upancomenance (say it slowly.) Annakin saved the day, he was the savior as he was destined to be... I like Luke being it better personally.

Empire was able to use incredible special effects (because of the increased budget) and meld them into a captivating story. Jedi took special effects and whored a whole movie out of them.
I don't get much into the debates of the plots of the movies because, well, I've only seem them a couple of times, and am not really qualified to make such an argument. I'll just say that that Jedi was such a disappointment after how good Empire was.
Oh, and for the record, I did like Episode III pretty well. |
