*Warning: there is some graphic content. | Rammstein fan? They're a guilty pleasure of mine, but I have to say, nothing that's come out recently comes anywhere near the brilliance of Muetter. |

| I love 311, The Clash, Joe Strummer solo, System of the Down, White Zombie, RATM, Danny Elfman, the usual 80's favorites...the list goes on far too long.
I'm not a big fan of mainstream country, but I manage(d) a country-rock band and am very fond of them and their music. I love most of the bands and players I know on my local music scene. I also enjoy old honky tonk - Ernest Tubb for one. I dig some traditional Applachian musical instruments and styles. When I play guitar, I like bluegrass flatpicking.
I enjoy almost any live performance where real people are playing accoustic instruments.

| Okay, I have a very mixed taste in music, and it's kind of creepy when it comes to the variety I listen to.
I do listen to a lot of rap and r&b, mainly Usher, T-pain, Ne-Yo etc. (Bite me)
I also' listen to Country music... I am a big Johnny Cash fan.
Dance, House, Techno, Rave etc. I heart Dj Tiesto ^_^
Anime music
Gypsy guitar music
I also like Underground industrial/Darkwave music such as: Nine Inch Nails, KMFDM, Dead Star Assembly, Assemblage 23, Android Lust, Dismantled etc.
I also like Death, Goth, Dark, Heavy, Black metal such as Cradle of Filth, Dimmu Borgir, Saticroyn (however you spell it) Nightwish, Lacuna Coil, Graveworm, Children of Bodom
I also like what I consider to be "Alternative" such as Foo Fighters, Linkin Park, Evanescence, KoRn, AFI etc.
More mainstream metal like: Killswitch Engage, Atreyu, Disturbed, Marilyn Manson, System of a Down, GWAR, Slipknot, Static-X, Coal Chamber
Grunge: Nirvana, Alice in Chains etc.
and my Misc. Collection which would be: Jack off Jill, My Ruin, Scarling,Collide, The Missing, Rob Zombie... etc.
I have very weird taste ^_^

We at the radio station spent the past week picking our new class of DJ's, and it was an automatic disqualification if they said something like, "My taste in music is weird," or "You guys probably haven't heard of this band before," because at a free-format radio station, I guarantee that someone has heard of the band, or has weirder taste.
I say that with NO offense to you, it's just brought back poor memories of staying in the same room for 8 hours a day. |

| I like everything from Nine Inch Nails to Pink Floyd, Beethoven to Dean Martin, have you ever heard his version of 'Sway'?
And of course classics such as Rolling Stones (sympathy for the ) and the original 'Mack the knife'. I like some country and some rap, not much though.
Kinda liked that Wo Bist Du rock although that was my first time hearing it.

I think Rosenrot was nearly as brilliant and has many of my favorite Rammstein songs on it.
I've never had a "guilty pleasure" really. I'm not afraid of listening to my favorite songs whenever and around whoever. It's sort of like displaying a picture of a woman's genitals in your living room. Some may find it tasteless, but really its an expression of your personality. Quote:

I have very weird taste ^_^ | DJ Tiesto is really awesome. I've listened to most of those artists at one point - Rob Zombie is such an excellent film-maker now. Did you see the Halloween re-make? Quote:

It seemed too rushed after Reise Reise (yes, I know it was to be called Reise Reise Part 2, but still) and had too many love songs for me. But, to each his own. I really, really enjoyed Reise Reise. Stein um Stein is a wonderful song. |

Ein Lied is somehwat of a lullaby and Till's voice is probably as soothing as I've heard it in this song - another of my favorites. I think virtually every Rammstein song has its' good moments as I really can't name one that is all bad. Do you like their Sehnsucht?

Klavier really grabbed me the first time I listened to the album. As for a poor Rammstein song, Stirb Nicht Vor Mir jumps to mind... The main thing I liked about Sehnsucht, Mutter, and Reise Reise was the continuity. They had a way with driving beats one song and then perfectly changing the pace the next. Herzleid is obviously less refined than their other albums, but still enjoyable. |

| Klavier is an awesome song, if they'd added double bass kick drum (not sure what they're named) it could have easily been classified as a symphonic black metal song with the differences being discernable lyrics; perhaps the first ever for the genre!
Stirb Nicht? I don't care for the song meaning, but I sure like the guitar melodies especially in the intro.
I too like how Rammstein's musical innovation always takes them into the next dimension. My only dissapointment is in their stage precense which become almost nonexistant in recent shows. I miss the old Rammstein but I guess age is getting to them.
