Nicole Ritchie in Jail

I wonder if Nicole Ritchie will have to do jail time- I read somewhere she could face up to five days in jail as a repeat offender.

I hope she does do jail time!! That crazy girl could have very easily killed someone. She needs help in many ways. Letting her off without jail time won't teach her anything, and will send the message that what she did wasn't a bad offense at all. It was one thing for her to be driving while under the influence. But, she went the WRONG WAY on a major road. It is a miracle that no one was killed.

I don't really know if she will face jail time or not. What I will say is if someone doesn't try to intervene she is headed to her own death. All you ever hear is there is no problem. I just hope that they are saying this to keep the public from knowing and that they really don't believe this.
