I have a few short ones and an three long ones. My favorite is what I use for my signature. As you will note, they are all very Eastern in their perspective

First the short ones:

Lao Tzu: "The Way that can be told is not the eternal way."

"It is what it is." Very Zen.

Chinese saying: "Wei wu Wei [Do don't do]"

Zen saying: "When you seek it, you cannot find it"

Rinzai: "If you know that fundamentally there is nothing to seek, you have settled your affairs"

My two long quotes I love just the same as the short ones:
