Default Discussion Wanted

Greetings to all who read this post! My name is Winston, and I am currently attending seminary. We have a class assignment; to discuss thoughts of God, spirituality, etc with another human being. And I do mean discussion, not argument. Is there anyone out there that would be interested in this sort of thing?

All it would require is taking the time to write back and forth through e-mail. You wouldn't always have to respond right away and could take time to think things out in regards to the discussion. Sounds like fun, right? Well, it does to me.

Just respond to this post if you are interested, and I will get in contact with you.

Hope you have a great day!

"When I was back there in seminary school there was a person there who put forth the proposition that you can petition the lord with prayer! Petition the Lord with Prayer! Petition the Lord with Prayer! YOU CANNOT PETITION THE LORD WITH PRAYER!!!!"

A quote (actually a "rant" would be descriptive) of Jim Morrison from the Doors live concert album "absolutely live"

Sorry, I couldnt resist! I hope you have a sense of humor!

Welcome to the forum.

Also, IIRC, the opening of "The Soft Parade" from the album of the same name.

Sounds neat, send me a Pm because I may be able to show you why discourse about the metaphysical (ie: God) is unnecessary and a complete waste of time. On that note...yes, I waste quite a bit of time.

Aren't all the threads a discussion? Sure, there are going to be a few arguments/disagreements here and there, but you can't avoid that for long
