I will stand corrected on my "atheist agenda" comment. That was too broad and general a statement. What I should have have stated that I believed the author of the book and linked website to have a personal agenda to make Christianity look bad through his work.

Hee hee. The christians do too good of a job of that on their own without any help.

I disagree and think it depends on the individual. I don't think atheism is inherently selfish. Than there are a variety of ideologies and philosophies that an atheist can subscribe to. I think many atheists have a strong sense of right and wrong since they do not rely on an external agency for morals. They often rationally critique morals and ethics as they do god. Atheists can be a colorful lot. Just like any group, I have met some that I don't care for. It is a minority and usually a few bad apples that get a group misappropriated labeled.
And what did they believe in? What are their jobs? It is simply academic.

What are you asking? Anyways, you are probably atheist unless you believe in god. Do you believe in god?

Perhaps you might give us an example of your 'insight' into a 'Bible Shocker'. Let's talk about #3 and see if we can figure out why you were so 'shocked'.

I agree. I thought we would see some behavior modification from An-jel, but I was wrong.

I find your statement tautological. How are you defining selfish? I would ask An-jel the same question, but I do not predict an intelligent response.

I found it sophomoric and unproductive. The term 'selfish' has always intended an excessive and atypical focus.
