I'm taking suggestions on our site tagline.

The first in many polls I'll be posting in an effort to truly allow everyone to shape the direction of our community. I don't say "our" litely. I believe this place quickly grew beyond the ability for me to call it my site a long time ago. It's a true community now. The majority of our members stumble across this forum while searching and they more times than not stay! That says a lot about the caliber of members we have here and the quality of information, opinions, and discussion going on here.

So I ask you openly. What do you think of our tag line? SHould we change it or leave it the same? Suggestions?

George yours sounds like an X-Files deal but then I am a major fan of the show. Short and quick and to the point... very attractive.

Sumguy's is cool but long but I'll throw in my lame two cents:

'A Journey to the Truth, the Only Thing that Matters.'

mine is long too.

Where would it go?

No Chance in dimming down the WHITE in the Backround of the site?

The color is a good Q!

Black backround with Green highlights for the font? I'm not sure. Something more comforting to the eye late night and reflective. I really am unsure. A blue backround with bright green highlights? Friendly stuff but then I am a night person. Sky blue like someone is peering at the sky. Tossing Ideas because the White is oppressive thats all. Maybe I am wrong.

I agree the white is kind of oppressive, and kind of boring. Idk about the slogan though..I kind of like the one we have.

"Open minds seeking truth" or something to that extent.

Open mindedness is a defining characteristic of an agnostic.

Seeking truth is what agnostics do; theists and atheists alike don't seek the truth as they are confident that they already have it.

Just my thoughts. I think the existing tag line is just as fine.
