Site Improvements - It's your board too!

OK this is your board too.

What do you think this place needs? Anything you've seen on other forums that makes you want to see it here as well? Any cool features?

I was also thinking, should we have badges? Like tags under our names that say agnostic or christian or atheist or confused etc?

On one hadn I think it would be cool but on the other I know some people don't like to bear labels like that. Especially in this place where opinions and attitudes are changed almost daily.

Your thoughts?

George, i love the idea of badges, we should really have that.

Yeah I guess I could make it so that if you want the badge all you have to do is join a user group. And if you don't want one just don't join

Thing is though I think badges also have the potential to hurt discussions because people might have the feeling that they need to stay true to their badge and their comments might reflect that yanno?

Anything else besides badges?

I think this forum is about being open minded and everyone has right to express themselves. I personally feel no one should take anything personally, but should try to accept and admire what other person has to say. I think the badges are good coz it kinda define what you believe and what you really are trying to say.

I think badges are a great Idea. If people do not feel comfortable with it they don't have to join such a group and display any badge under the icon. There is still such a thing as free will

I can't say anything about other improvements, I haven't been here long enough yet.
