Well if they were treated equally in the business world....then why weren't they in the church? If they were as capable as any many to run a business or buy land, why did Paul treat them as though they were not capable of asking questions in the congregation?
Actually Paul did reference women praying and said they should not pray in a man's presence unless wearing a head covering-that has everything to do with what he taught was a woman's 'subjective' role to man and nothing to do with their educational status.
