Also, this entire forum is surronded by the idea of an existnece or possibility of the existence of a diety or many diety's. Why would we be so interested?
I'm sure the main question surronding the existence of God is the "purpose of life." A second might be on the possibilities of an afterlife. The following link is something that will be helpful in understanding the Christian theology.

Actually this Forum is about the existence or non-existence of a god or gods. Simply put it's about the truth for me anyway since it is quite clear for me that there isn't a religion out there that makes any sense compared to the reality we exist in. Whether the PROOF shows that the divine doesn't exist or exists that is the ultimate goal... at least for me.
I don't understand Christians that come in here and start preaching nonsense about the Bible. It seems mostly obvious that people that have chosen an agnostic approach to life have decided that world religion is a great hoax. The people that fall away from perpetuating their search for the Truth of the Universe have done it for social, economic, and political ideals. While neither of these have to do with reality except in our herd instinct it just evades the real question of Truth. Proof is always better than Blind Faith for the true investigator.
