The 7 Deadly Sins This belief of mine was taken from Satanism, to be honest, but I fully agree with it. The seven deadly sins that Christianity believes in were just fabricated in the early days of the church because the church knew that humanity couldn't escape them and would need to seek reconciliation for these "sins" regularly.
All of the 7 sins are things that humans naturally desire, by instinct. We will always feel lust, sexual attraction for other purposes than simply being a factory and creating. We'll always commit gluttony, eating anything at all more than what's required to survive. We'll never escape sloth. There's no way people will work 24 hours a day without ever giving their talents a break. Hatred is perfectly natural, and a good thing to feel, as long as it is not acted upon. There's no way people can avoid feeling hatred. They can lie to themselves and forgive people, but deep down, they seek wrath. Envy will always be felt. Like greed, if we never want more than we have, nothing will ever get done. Nobody will be motivated to achieve anything. And pride. Did you know that you're committing the sin of pride every time you put on clothings that aren't just to protect you from the cold and cover your body? Any clothes that have some kind of label or design on them, if you wear that you feel pride. People walk into church committing pride every Sunday.
I basically believe that the Christian church, in its beginning stages, was a fabrication, and that at it some level, it was indeed a scam.
These sins don't hurt anybody. People only consider them taboo because the church tells them to. Natural human desires shouldn't be avoided, they should be embraced. |
