I honestly think people like Madonna should stay out of religion, or at the very least have more respect for it. How many times has she moved from one religion to another and made it a public announcement?
Religion, or lack of, should be a reflection of who you are and who you are not. It should never be a banner to be touted for the world to see. I think she is doing it for the costumes, I don't buy it, all publicity.
The people who honestly practice these religions do so with humility and pride unlike the celebrities who have to make it front page news by doing something dramatic to get attention in the name of it. |
