Egypt worshipped the god Horus and Osiris. That actually came from Ethiopia, but really developed and was refined in Egypt. Here are a few similarities without going to in depth:
1. Horus had a virgin mother and was brought forth singly as one of five brothers=Jesus had the same.
2. Horus was the son of Seb, his father on Earth=Jesus had an Earthly father, Joseph.
3. Horus was with his mother until 12 when he was transformed into the beloved son of God and his only begotton son=Jesus was with his mother until 12 when he decided to "Go about his father's business."
4. From 12 to 30 there is no record of Horus=Jesus had the same.
5. Horus, by the age of 30 became an adult and was baptized by Anup=Jesus was 30 when John the Baptist did his thing.
6. Horus in his baptism made another transformation into the beloved son of god and the Spirit of God was represented by a dove.
7. ALso, Iusa was immaculately concieved, tempted, glorified on the mount, persecuted, arrested, tried, condemned, crucified, buried, resurrected, ascended, and Egypt had listened to the Sermon on the Mount and the sayings of Iusa for ages.
