I'd recommend getting them a telescope or something and getting interested in science 
Not really much to the theory of "not knowing" as agnosticism espouses. The point is that you're willing to admit not knowing and then you're free to seek truth instead of being burdened by an idol that shuts you off to life (i.e. a God).
Science is the lifestyle and mental process that really integrates these ideas.
