Due to the fact that Judaism is seen as both a faith and an ancestry is the main reason why I ascribe a degree of sensitivity to this discussion. Throughout history our people have been systematically persecuted and discriminated against on the basis of our faith or ethnicity.
Yes, many "peoples" have been persecuted or discriminated against. However, many Jewish church leaders have actually stated that the Jews deserved this treatment for swaying from following god's law. The bible is full of this pattern of Jews not following god's will, and being nailed by tools of god, such as Nebuchadnezzar, because of it.

How would you feel if people perceived you differently on the basis of your jewish ancestry in the workforce? Would you feel sensitive about this discrimination and prejudice?
Yes, I have felt the prejudices of my co-workers that is directed at me based on my atheism. Many, if not most people have felt prejudices directed at them for one thing or another.
