Actually, Genesis is probably the best book in the Bible because it wasn't written by the usual authors. It appears around the same time in history as some other scriptures appear in India, the Rig Veda.
There is a theory that these writings are one and the same, just with different variations for the cultures they were addressing with it.
The Rig Veda is the basis of Hindu religion, and because yoga was born from Hinduism, and because I am a yogi, I give to you in that form.
We are more alike than you may realize.
