Bible prophecy cannot be denied except by those who have been blinded. Here's another one:
Bible passage: Matthew 24:1-2
Prophet: Jesus
Written: During the first century AD
"In Matthew 24:1-2, Jesus prophesied that the Temple of Jerusalem would be destroyed and that its destruction would be so complete that not one stone would be left standing on top of another. His prophecy was fulfilled about 40 years later.
During a war between the Jews and the Romans that ended in 70 AD, fire was set to the Temple in Jerusalem and it burned to the ground. The destruction was witnessed by an historian named Josephus, who, in his book, The Wars Of The Jews, Book 7, Chapter 8, Section 7, indicates that the Temple's destruction was so complete that even the foundation was destroyed."
This prophecy took place roughly 40 years after Jesus foretold of it. The Gospels were written some 20-30 tears after Jesus's death. There is no mention at all of Jesus' prophecy coming true in any of the Gospel accounts, showing that the destruction of the temple had not happened at the time of their writing. Actually, the destruction of the temple in not mentioned in any New Testament writing.
Matthew constantly made references to the O.T. prophecies Jesus fulfilled concerning the coming Messiah. If Matthew had been written after the fall of the temple, he would certainly have made mention of the fulfilled prophecy of Jesus.
